Successful orders are shipped within 24 hrs of placing an order and normally delivered within 4-5 working days from the dispatched date.
The shipping price is added based on your cart value, products, shipping choices and location during checkout.
The shipping price of Rs.50 shall be applicable on order value upto Rs.499 whereas no shipping charges shall be applied for order value of Rs.499 & above. The minimum order value is Rs.150. Any order below the value of Rs.150 can't be placed on the portal.
A COD charge will be applied to all orders and can be viewed at the time of payment. This charge shall be non-refundable even if the order is returned, or cancelled after the order is shipped. A COD charge of Rs.40 along with shipping price shall be applicable with order value upto Rs.1000 whereas placing an order of Rs.1000 & above will include neither shipping nor COD charges.
For Prepaid Transaction: Similar shipping price structure as mentioned above will be viable to prepaid transaction made on an order.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after completing your transaction. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting Planeteves. We ship items as soon as possible. In the shopping cart, estimated delivery dates are indicated for each product and these do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery dates for your order. Some order/products may take longer to deliver due to remote locations, uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather etc.).
To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including correct PIN Code and contact number.
You will receive a dispatch notification email/SMS that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it. After multiple failed attempts at delivery, the package(s) are returned to our warehouse and we will cancel the order and process the refund as per our Refund Policy.
Cash On delivery is not available for any order that crosses the net amount of Rs.10, 000. Any order over and above Rs.10, 000 will have to be prepaid.
